I must hide the extension number\name to be shown in analog\Dterm terminals. These extensions will be installed for a help desk operation, and the customer needs this feature to avoid the users to know the help desk station members.

Never had to hide the internal extension from other internal users. Not sure if it can be done.

After giving this some thought, if your just looking to keep other Ext.'s from calling the help Desk Station's,you may be able to do this if you break up the sytem into Tenant Service. But I wouldn't try this Unless you have access to NTAC Support.

If your Going to Install External Page You'll Need a ECR-U in The System.

The IPK had an RCA connection on the side next to the MOH RCA.

This is the default external page connection.

I beleive the ECR card was only required in the Elite 48/192.
