I am looking to get some info on using Total View management software with a Toshiba CIX670. I have a customer that currently has an Nortel system and has a call center with what I beleive is Simposium. They use Total View as a management software. I am not 100% positive on this and I have attempted to get information from the customers current PBX vendor and the Company that makes Total View. I really could use some clarification on this setup if anyone has ran into this setup before. If its not going to work with Toshiba then I need to know before going any further. I contacted Toshiba Tech support and Sales support about this and they said we would integrate the same way it does now but I was unable to clarify the integration that they currently use... Any Help would be great.
