Hi All, I have a small Electra Elite system, with 8 phones. I never received a copy of the system software from my installer. He assures me that he gave it to me, but I don't have it. Is that something that can be downloaded? Basically, the only thing I want to do is change the displayed name of a phone user. Do I have to use the software for that? Or can it be done through the admin's counsel? THANKS!

That Can be done without SAT Program. It could be Programed through the Phone. If you Have never programed an NEC System before, You should hire a Tech to do it for You.

Its actually quicker and more reliable via the telephone. Get a manual and have some fun. Google is your friend.

Agreed, once you know how to access system programming via the telephone go to prog 4-18 to assign the station names.
