I have installed the Softphone version 3.6.0.0, which is the latest from the Ntac website, however, the conection is made and I can't get any sound from the softphone while recieving or making an outbound call, or by placing a call to a TDM Extension, I get sound however while calling a ITL VoIP terminal extension. Can some one give me some direction onto what else to check, all the ports on the swith are open.

Sounds like you need to add a network IP to prog 84-26
