Is there an easy way to remove the stn to stn msg light feature that also removes the MSG softkey on stn to stn calls, while leaving voicemail msg lights intact?

under system numbering & under 1 digit service code setup, you will see message waiting, delete the digit.

I deleted the zero for single digit entry, but the softkey still exists.
Is there a way to remove the feature completely through COS or something?

20.13.07 (CLS) turns off the ability to set MWI with the MWI icon button but I can't see anyway of removing the icon.
