Has anybody seen this. SV8100 Ver. 3.01 losing time on the display. Loses 7-10 minutes every month.

NEC recommends syncing to a an internet time server.

I've seen the LX voicemail lose time, but the PBX... not to that degree.

Try syncing like ttech suggested, I would also recommend upgrading the system firmware to the latest release.

We had s system that was 3 mins behind everynight. But not 3mins first night, 6mins second night, 9 mins third etc. just when the sys admin would sync time settings in PCPro with his computer, the next day it would return to 3 mins behind.

check 20-25-11 - Auto System Time Adjust Mode. Turn it off if you are experiencing the problem above. This is the setting when using ISDN that allows the carrier to tell the system what time it is. This time is set on the first call of the day, which is why my site was reverting back by 3 minutes.

Be aware that this item is handy when it comes to daylight savings time, as with it turned off that wont happen now.

Alternatively if it is the same problem, contact the carrier to update their time.

We use 204.152.184.72 which seems to work well..
