Has anyone worked or have some information on how and if possible to integrate Microsoft Lync to the SV8100 UCB? Thanks.

Well I can tell you Zeacom is still figuring it out.
I "installed" it 4 months ago.
Still not working properly, even after upgrading the server to Windows 2008 server and the UCB to 6.1.
Multiple calls to Zeacom.... still in process of getting it 100%.

PM me your email address.
I found an email with a PDF for the Lync setup gateway info and some info from a Zeacom engineer.

Spoke to Zeacom at the Enterprise Connect Show and they said the UCB/INUCB is more of a call center application than a voicemail application. NEC was trying to push it for SMB market as a voicemail system. Installed it on our SV8100 and yanked it out shortly after. Took way too long to set up and did not function as a normal voicemail should. Zeacom support was less to be desired as well. They actually told me my estimated time for an Engineer to get back to me would be two weeks. Glad I was not at a customer site and it was my in-house system.
