Has anyone dealt with a brooktrout analog card for a fax server. I set up a couple of DID's in a DNIS table, which is pointed to a pilot # for two analog extensions. The server doesn't want to anwser when I call. The server goob at work just tells me if the server is not answering its because, something on my part is not right.

I take it that you verified with a test set the DID's ring to the analog ports? If so tell the IT moron thats all the farther you go....it's now in his ballpark. If the Brooktrout card is configed properly and set up you should be sending him the DID info. He should be able to tell the DNIS info he is recieving or if he isnt recieving any. What Fax software is being used?
