I would like to add more info:
If you are hotel, you may want to lock/unlock relevant Extension basing on Guest In/Out. Currently, this software can do with Siemens Hicom 300, Hipath 4000, Aristel and NIPX.
If you have other PMS, you can lock/unlock extension indirectly by putting a command to the command queue.

The Win phone system can lock and unlock the station by key the the code.
How to set the command??
To lock the station is : left handset + #503 + ext no.
To unlock : left handset + #504 + ext no.

We always used these guys: https://www.hansensoftware.com/index.htm Support was great...of course their office was on the same street as ours, so getting one of their guys onsite was never a problem. They do claim to support ESI.

ESI has output of SMDR, same as other systems. It comes out in the same format as a Panasonic DBS. Most call accounting software supports ESI IVX. Depending on the system, it either will have SMDR and Maintenance serial connections, or a shared connection. If you have more questions related to the ESI system, bring it on over to the ESI forum. Otherwise, do a search for call accounting. You should find quite a bit from previous posts.

If you are looking for a good system that is affordable (under $400.00 for 25 users), browser based, SQL, automated reporting.... Look at www.callaccounting.ws They have a free trial 14 days and works with ESI and all kinds of other systems. Spotless.
