I have a Norstar Flash NT5B06 2 Port
VM System and I inadvertantly installed
a VML (Voice Mail Lite) Flash Card in
System. I want to up this System using a
NT5B78EF REL 04
E/F Flash VM 2.0 FEAT CART ASSY
I have had no luck getting this VML SW out and bringing it up to CCR AND AA Abilities

If your voice mail is a flash light now then it will required a key code to upgrade the system to a Flash voice mail so you can acces AA and CCR.Even if you replaced the s/w flash card its still a flash light .Unfortunately you will need to get that key code.once you have it its very simple steps to upgrade then.Thats my opinion.By the way if you decided to get the key code email me I can help you with any keycode you need for Most of the norstar and voice mail (NAM,Flash,Call Pilot) system.
