Does anyone remember how to change what the customer hears on a transfer to ringing instead of MOH?

What system is it on? The previous reply was correct. The only time you get something from voicemail as far as music goes is on the ACD/Customer Service Box, and only in some cases and certain versions. You would know it too, because the music is pretty lame, and repeats pretty quickly.

Don't know what telephone system you are referring to. Comdial systems have a ringback on transfer feature you can enable.

The Keyvoice does have a "wait or answer" item under the transfer option. If his is set, you will not hear ring regardless of what the phone system does. We never use this on our installs.
