Once a DID number is dialed and voice mail is reached, they want the only option to be to leave a message or hang up. Anyone done this before? Add these lines to vm.cfg. menu.sendmsg.opr=X menu.mbox.opr=X You may want to change the prompts. Chapter 19 in the install manual list the menu mapping.
