If you have swapped out the board. It may not have a key voice signature in it.
Key voice adds a signature to its boards and sets a requirment on the key (Dongle) to look for it. If it does not see it, the system will not reconize the board. Key voice will be able to turn that feature off on the key. You need to have a dealer call in and get the code to do that. There is a charge involved.

Thanks for your replies. The problem actually ended up being the hard drive. A scan disk found many bad sectors. I'm just suprised it booted completely into demo mode.
