Not real familiar with the Debut. It is working off of a Comdial. It is a 4 port and when someone is calling in it the auto attendent doesn't pick up.(RNA) If trying to access the VM boxes from a phone set it cycles through the 4 lines. The phone sets read VM1-4 ect. and continues. The Debut system lights are cycling through 1-4. Do I need software to fix this? Could we fix this issue through supervisor mode? Please help.

If it's on a DSU or DSUII you should first reset the ports connected to the Debut as VM ports. They sometimes lose their identity and think they are phone set ports. That's where you need to start then post again if it doesn't come up working. Mark

Still doing the same thing. I reset the ports connected. When trying to access vm it just cycles through all 4 ports and the Debuts leds light up.

Can you connect with a laptop to see status?

He means connect to the Debut to see status, that is. If you can't, you probably have a problem with the Debut: power supply, compact flash with CRC errors or other problems, or a bad Debut unit.

pobox549, this was posted back in December. I'm guessing we won't see any response or update. I hope we do, though. I'm interested to find out whether or not the problem got resolved. Also, pobox549. In case nobody's said it yet, to the board!
