We took over a customer who has a Merlin Magix with Active Voice Voice Mail. Magix is no problem and the VM works OK. Question is how does the end user call in for there messages. What do they do when the AA answers? Thanks

It is usually 9 + extension number or mailbox number.

Depending on how it's configured, it's sometimes 8+extension

usually 9 plus ext will jump you to the mailbox and prompt for a password. I know in the lodging package 9 is for admin and 8+ is for guest

If you are coming in on the company's AA you may need to dial # first as this will take you back to the main opening greeting of the voice mail system then enter the personal id followed by the ext number.
