Hi,

Best bet would be to call in the comdial tech who installed your system. They should be able to fix your problem.

We have chnage it to legacy.
the company that we bought the system for is out of business. I guess I can find another company. Does the software need to be configuere for the specific board? Or should just recognize it. I just hate to get another board is the poblem is a configuration.

It sounds like you have a dialogic board. You need the numlines and switches codes for the unit. Look on the old hd if you can get into it in the vm dir there should be 2 .txt files. If you cannot recover you will need to call Vertical customer service with the key number and the sn. of the voice board to get the codes.

I have the same problem. We have a Key voice system in which the power supply, motherboard and dialogic board are fried. We replaced all these parts. We had recently saved an image from friday which included all files on the hard drive. We are able to remove the dongle and keep the system in demo mode where it works. If we put the dongle back on we get error 6309: Board is not configured for this program. Unfortunately, since I am not a vertical tech, I cannot contact their tech support.

Also even in the image I took, No numlines.txt or switches.txt files exist, however it did work before. We used Windows PE to pull the image, and it did include all hidden and system files.

Please provide any help you can.

Thanks,
