Does anyone have or know where I can obtain a copy of the VUP software for programming the Atlas AVM Jr Auto Attendants.
I found these were connected to our Mitel SX200 analog system. One works but the says it needs to be programmed.. I wish to use the unprogrammed one as back up and would like to downloaded the current config in the working one and transfer to this one..
Any help appreciated..

Need to know which version the AVM Jr is. The software version is usually listed on the label on the back of the unit.
Using the wrong version VUP software can cause BIG problems.

On the back of these units there is only the serial numbers..1. 018288 and the other 018313
I have a sneaky suspicion it maybe a version 4..
Not sure though.. anyway to find out from the serial numbers??
