I am trying to find out where I can set or view the call forward code to identify the call as a forwarded call on a Mitel ONS. I have figured out by testing that # plus ext number is the retrieval code. I have tried *, 1 , and O
Any help would be greatly appreciated

do a trace on the system.. ALT F5... then dial a phone that is forwarded. The digit string will show up. Then you have to edit the trans.txt file to match the digit string.
