I have a Comdial Digitech with execumail, and i was wondering if there was any way to forward a call after two rings from my station to my cell phone or home phone using an outside line?

Your Comdial Digitec does not offer CFOS. However, your execumail may. The Small Office and larger do offer this feature but you need 3-way calling.
