When I call an extension I get this message on display "cbck msg" under the extension number. I have looked in the manual and tried to fix the problem, but I cannot. Could someone please help me.

Not knowing the system...it looks like an extension in your system called you and left a message to call the . I believe that message is a Call Back message. (Inter office) Hopefully some knows for sure. I'm guessing. ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif)

I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to work on the DX-80 so I don't have any docs on it. Maybe jwooten can help you.

I do not know much about the DX80 but I am familar with Comdial. What your actually seeing is 2 different choices either setup a Callback to that station or leave a message waiting indication on that station. You should have interactive feature keys near the display that are associated with each feature cbck and msg.
Hope this helps. Dawg

Sorry all, working some late hours! If I understand what you're saying, you get something that looks like this: EXT 105 cbck msg This is a normal display when you call an ext that's busy. You have the option at that time to set your ext to call the busy ext when free or available. I'll refer you to page 14 and 15 of your user guide. I hope this answers your question.
