I have a problem with one station. [edit] It's a impression, and I think it's a 2202.
Station 15 speaker light it is on when it is "idle". If I pick up the handset, it goes out, but after I go back on-hook the speaker light comes back on after 5 seconds or so.
Also, this phone will not audibly ring on line 1 when an incoming call comes in. I can see the line 1 light, but no sound. Intercom rings fine, and from what I can see, the ringing preferences look ok (but I'm no expert).
I've tried swapping out the phone, with the same effect and I re-crossed 15 to another physical location to rule out a cable problem.
Any thoughts? I tried programming a DND button to the phone, thinking perhpas it was in DND mode, but that wasn't it.
Thanks in advance.

That would be background music that is on at that station. Try these steps. Options Next Music Off Spkr
Or ITCM *1 to turn on ITCM #1 to turn off
As far as your other problem make sure you have line 1 set to ring. It needs to be set to ring before it will follow the Ringing Line Pref.

I'm not at the location. Will check it out tonight and update tomorrow.
Your follow up discipline is amazing.
Cheers!

If you have a terminal to program with go to system, printouts, stations. Input 10 then enter. Station 10 info will scroll. control s stops and starts the scroll. Your ring setup should look something like this. Ring 12345678 xxx x x Delay x If you want ring on line 1 go to station program ring direct ring and add line 1. You seem to comfortable with term program.

Yes, as usual you guys were right ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif) I was able to toggle off MOH and the light went out. The station wasn't really set up properly, but once I set the ringing prefs up (as jwooten suggested), I'm back in business. Cheers! Hopefully someday somone will be looking for assistance here on a topic I can help with....
