DJ, Yes, we reinforce them on every Impact and Unisyn that we fix. I wish that we could find a complete replacement part to use. We've searched but can't find any. The reinforcement that we use works very well, but a complete replacement with something stronger would be nice. As a side note, I don't know how a repair/refurb company can use you to advertise and expect to keep you as a customer. We use anonymous warranty stickers. We can blind ship (from:warehouse). Our best and biggest customers are installation companies, why would you do something to drive them away?

They haven't got back to us yet to tell us what system and phone they have.
