We are using ACD boxes at a customer site.
When we create a box,655, add members, and test ,
there is a introductory greeting that play before it cycles thru the agents, and queues. How does this happen on a new box. Is it the annoucements. 214-827-3610 option 3 if you would like to hear it.

Tried it and did not get anything but MOH.

Did you get this issue resolved or did I miss something.

Thats when it is working. Sometimes a greeting comes up that says, blah , blah , blah a record of your information is processed.

I tried it about 50 minutes after you posted and it sounded fine. I figured that you worked out the problem. Went stright to the ACD queue....?????

The ACD box is only set for day mode. I will give it a try tommorow..

Using trace with the V flag will give you an idea of what the prompt is. That almost sounds like an IVR prompt.

I havn't heard the actual prompt on your system. Just based on what you said it sounds like one of the prompts from the Key Voice IVR module. Don't knoew that for sure but running trace should help you figure it out.
