I have a DX80 F32 that's giving a busy signal when pressing 9 for line group 1. I can access each of the lines in line group 1 indepentantly ie 740, 741, 742 but not the group.

AW:
In PCDBA --in DB programming--CO Line App--Category 1--make sure CO Group 1 access code is "9". Also, pick whether you want SEQL or RAN.
In CO Line(DB Programming)--Category 1--CO Line Group should be 1 for your lines that you want in that group. Also make sure everthing is Tenant 1 in your programming
Hope this helps. Good Luck

I've already tried all the things mentioned without success. Any more ideas? It seems to me that I ran into this scenario before but I can't recall what I did to fix it.

make sure every line n the line group is live.
Remove any co lines that do not have dt to them.

I can access dt on every circuit in the line group by dialing the access code 740 etc. I'm beginning to wonder if the system doesn't have a corrupted database?

If you have a basic system go ahead and cold start it and see if that clears your issue. Load your backup and try again. I had this problem with an A33 and a second co board. The cold start fixed it!

Possibly no code programmed for the line group? For example, digit 9 is, by default, programmed as the code for line group 1.
...Just a thought.
Oops! Sorry, I just re-read an earlier thread. I see now that this has already been suggested. Well, good luck anyway.
