I have an existing DXP with extensions 10-57 on digital boards, and extensions 80-88 on an analog board.

I have added an expansion cabinet and 16 port extension board. It is installed in the second slot, that is labeled 97-112.

I have it all hooked up-physically. I boot the switch and all led lights on the new card are functioning as they should.

But when I log into the DXP switch, the extensions are not recognized. How do I get the software to see the new board so I can program the extensions?

It sounds like an interface board problem or the cable. What's the software version?

It is rev 9.D

When I attempt to program the intercoms, and I type in the intended new intercom number, a quick flash of "conflist exists" pops up in the bottom window.

In the configuration, you need to tell the cabinet what boards you have added and to what slots. At least I know that's true from SW 10a up, not sure about 9

sounds like you need to go to 3 digit numbering also. Extension 10 and 101 conflict and so on

Also, remember that by default, feature numbers start at 6, which limits your extension numbers to 10-59. If feature numbers have been changed from default, you might have more flexibility. I would also suggest converting to 3-digit extension numbers to allow more flexibility in your numbering scheme. Once you do that, for example, your numbers can range from 100-599, as compared to 10-59. That's quite a jump in the number of choices you have!
