Hello.....
Intercom button functioned perfectly before phone was unplugged and moved to different desk. Now, no light, sound or response when intercom button is pressed. Any ideas??? Thank you!

What model phone? If it's a 24 button set moved to a jack where a 12 button set was programmed then the intercom key moved...Need more info.

Thank you for reply.... my boss just figured it out! The intercom button was unprogrammed somehow when we unplugged (no other ext was changed) - so she did a query to see what her intercom button was assigned to and looks like it needs to be assinged to the phone owners extension. It works now, but thank you anyways!!
