Hey Guys, I'm looking for a tech, in the Sacramento CA area, that has experience with my system. I posted the request in the "installers needed" forum with no luck...but I must admit I didn't wait long. Anyway, I think my needs are fairly simple. So, maybe there is someone qualified, who is out of my area, that could provide phone support? If interested, Please email me or post your contact information. Once again, I must say "GREAT FORUM". I learned more about my system in the last two weeks...then in the last 3 years of ownership. Merry Christmas!

What type of help are you looking for. If you have remote access to the units I may be able to help.

We're in Fresno, so you're a little out of our every-day reach. However, we do go up to Stockton and Tracy from time to time. Like what BigDog3c asked, what type of support are you looking for? I see your topic title shows your system type, and that you are looking for VM Programming Help. What kind of questions or issues did you have? If you needed remote programming and had remote access, BigDog3c would be a good resource. If he wasn't available, we could probably help as well.

need to add a line or two and program the voice mail system to operate with them. I think my system will support 8 lines and I current have 6. Then I need to make some changes to my voice mail system, if possible. I know it has 4 ports. I don't think I have remote access. The only option I know of is an "outbound telemarking" feature. So, it may have a modem that supports remote programing? I would really like some basic information on my system capabilities...I was told (or sold) it would handle all my needs. However, when it was installed, I had to adjust my needs to fit the systems limitations. However, I after just reading this forum for a week, I've found features that the original installer couldn't (or wouldn't) activate.
