If you only have a 2 port VM system, according to that print out, none of your lines should ever hit the AA on an incoming call. Not even in night mode. A piece of this puzzle is missing.

Looks as though you are setup in a direct department calling config. Remove line 5 from Department 4 the DISD stuff you have setup isn't necessary either. turn on line disconnect supervision as well
I applaud your effort in doing this yourself, and hope you realize that something as simple as you were wanting to do is sometimes quite complicated it should be referred to a qualified tech. (you'll keep the hairs on your head) hahaha

I called out Phone Company when our system went down oh about a month ago and they came down for about a hour and got stuff semi sort of working and then got me a dongle for the laptop and said have at it. Never had much of a choice when come right down to it
