I have a DSU II system with Small Office Lite attached. Is there a way to back up my phone system settings? What about the VM? I have a computer attached to the VM system and use it often to administer my outbound telemarketing feature, but I've never connected to the phone system. Thanks!

You can use procomm or hyperterm to back up the system database and the important voicemail files can also be backed up. This level of work with this equipment is best left to a certified tech. Mark

I've been trying to find a certified tech in my area to service my system...but no luck. The company that sold me the system moved out of the state. I've received a couple of referals from Comdial's area sales manager...but neither of them had experience on the DSU II. I place a post in the "installer's needed" forum and received one response...but they were 5 hours away and wanted travel expenses to service my system. I guess I'm on my own, unless someone can refer me a tech in the Sacramento area.
So, I want to back up my system before I dive in. Can you help me? What's the possibility of remote assistance?
Thanks
