I have a comdial DSU II with a 4 port small office lite voice mail system. My 6 centrex lines are configured into two hunt groups of 3 lines each, with the first 3 lines for existing clients and the last 3 lines for marketing calls. The voice mail was set-up with two greetings, one for existing clients and another for prospective clients. Here's my problem, the voice mail system will not answer the 6th line (the 3rd line in the 2nd hunt group) I really don't know if this is a new problem or if it has been this was for the last 4 years. All the other lines answer with the correct greeting when I place the other lines on hold. Is this something I can configure using the handset? Thanks

I don't think so. First it sounds like the line needs to be programmed to ring to the first port of the voicemail system, which is tech level programming. Then, if you are using different greetings for each group of lines, line 6 will need a voicemail line ID number assigned, and then the translations need to be entered in the trans.txt day and night files of the voicemail. I'd say you need to call in a certified tech.
