Can't seem to get FXII with mix of EP100's and 8012's to hold the default handset volume. Using this procedure
Pick up handset Press Itcm key Adjust volume Press **7 Hangup Verify by picking up handset, press itcm, press volume
Phones always go back to midrange volume settings.

I would double check that the sytem defaults for that feature (default code **7) has not been changed. You can see this in vmmi feature numbers.

Had the same problem on my mp5000. Set high handset volume in the COS to yes and it works now

BIGDOG This feature has worked in the past on FXII's without the high handset volume on any ideas as to why yhis would need to be turned on?

had customer change the high handset volume to yes and now the volume adjustments work.
