Help! I'm trying to update the recordings in my routing boxes. I know I've done this in the past from station 10...but know I can't seem to access the routing boxes. These boxes are identified with 3 digits (example: 800, 801, etc)and the system will only accept 2 digits. Thanks.

your using the supervisor mailbox and password, getting to the routing box programming and when you enter the box number it only accepts 2 digits?
Sometimes it doesn't hear a digit, have you tried a few times? I think you are missing a step somewhere and not getting to the correct prompts. Do you have the supervisor guide? Mark

I don't have the supervisor's guide and from your response I'm thinking I'm not in the supervisor's mailbox. Is box 10 the supervisor's box? Thanks
