Got a quirky one most likely software glitch, just wondering if anyone has encountered it before. Comdial DSU G1632 with 18A software, system originally had all digitech 7714x phones, but as they are getting scarce, replaced a couple that keypad went bad on with impression 2122x. Everything works on them... to a point. If the system has 2 calls up and a 3rd rings in the impression phones will ring immediatly but the indicator light will not appear till after the end of the 2nd ring, after call is finished light stays on for app. 6 seconds. For GP I rearranged the line appearance. Same thing regardless of which button lines are mapped to, all is good until over 2 lines are in use. Thanks :shrug:

make sure phones are rev E or higher.
