I have a 16 port NT keyvoice voice mail on a DXP system, the problem, Sometimes, when a worker goes in to listen to their new messages, it will have several messages jammed together and they are all for different mailboxes.It will start out playing one message, the another one will start,then another one, it is like listen to 3 different messages at once/ any ideals on a fix????

Start with a defrag. of the hard drive, when was the last time it was done?
What are you using for defrag?

used a disk keeper, did not help, last night...The system was set to run it once a week before...

Disk Keeper is the best product for keyvoice running on NT and you run often enough. I have had to delete and re-create mailboxes with early windows versions of keyvoice. How many boxes are effected? Delete one mailbox and have the person set it up again to see if that works.

Diskeeper should probably be set to run Continuously with Normal Priority (between 9 PM and Midnight is how I usually set it up). Definitely run the Keyvoice utility to eliminate database corruption after performing a High Level defrag multiple times.

By the way, I deleted the duplicate thread in the Voicemail forum. You're getting the same and more answers here.
