I have a system that when a person answers a call, press trans / conf and the ext number, the call does not transfer...???? you can press the ITCM button and it will ring the office 4 times and vm will pick up

it you push a btn to test it why don't you just get the call and don't trans or put it on hold just pust the ext btn then hang up and see what that does. how many intercom path do you have?

Bruce9999, I think the problem is that when you first press the Trns/Cnf button and then the extension number you are in Voice Announce Mode as though you are going to announce the call first through the speaker. That is why when you press it a second time it toggles to Ring First Mode and then rolls to Vmail on a Call Fwd which is set for 4 rings. Follow Firefighter's suggestion above. Trns/Cnf, dial the ext # and then hang up. The outside call shoud ring the 4 times and then forward to Vmail. Good Luck.
