sytem not switching to lunch mode. I ck businness hour, all ok will switch to day mode and night mode but not lunch mode, have try manually won't work. would appreciate any help.

no we are not using trans.day or nite but do you think the would work even do is not by the clock

You are talking about the VOICEMAIL not following lunch, right? You're not referring to the phone system, correct? Just checking.
Do you have the lunch schedule defined in Business Hours?
