I'm wondering if you'd get more Siemens-specific help there. I think you answer is going to lie more in the steps required by the phone system, more so than those required by voicemail. In fact we also offer used cards and parts for all Hicom 150E products so if you need further help, contact me off-line at: [email protected]. We are ex-Siemens engineers so we could help you on support issues as well as we have all resources for Hicom/HiPath or even provide you upgrade modules to HiPath 3000 from Hicom 150 etc. Steve
