Can anyone tell us the steps to transfer an incoming call directly to voice mail? Can't find it in any of the manuals. Thanks for your help.

That depends on what phone system the voice mail is connected too.

Siemens HiCom 150. Isn't working on this voice mail like it did on the Xpressions. Sure would appreciate your help. Thanks Mark

Trish,

Do you want me to move this over to Other Systems? I'm wondering if you'd get more Siemens-specific help there. I think you answer is going to lie more in the steps required by the phone system, more so than those required by voicemail. That might be a better place to start, anyway.

What's the voicemail product that's connected to your Hicom 150E? It works on PhoneMail SE versions. In fact we also offer used cards and parts for all Hicom 150E products so if you need further help, contact me off-line at: [email protected]. We are ex-Siemens engineers so we could help you on support issues as well as we have all resources for Hicom/HiPath or even provide you upgrade modules to HiPath 3000 from Hicom 150 etc.

The original poster stated it was a Comdial Corporate Office voice mail. Pretty sure it's been handled since this thread is over a month old.

Mid,

Please start a new thread, rather than hijacking an existing one. Thanks!
