We have a DX120 that with two issues. One is that it'll almost daily light up the Memo Pad, CFWD, and unused Line buttons on extensions 113 and 109 only. Also with these two extensions, the users with experience static on the audio. We've replaced the phones several times, and each time, the problem with go away but return within a day or so. Unplugging the phone with also clear the issue temporarily. We've replaced the station card, rebuilt the database, replaced the ground, moved the power to a new circuit, installed ferrite cores on just about everything conceivable, and finally replaced the whole cabinet with no change. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Its just me but I would meter out the cable pairs you are using for these extensions. I have seen stranger things.

I'm guessing you've checked this since you said you rebuilt the database, but have you checked the button programming?

I have checked the button mapping, and everything is correct. As far as metering out the cable pairs, I haven't done that, but have moved the problem extensions to new pairs in the cable.
