I have a client that has a 3x8 DR5 Norstar system installed that has 2 pots going to it now and need to add one more. How do I program this "switch"? I would consider myself a novice in the telco areana, but I do have 2 years of Intertel experience.

Any help would be greatly apprecieated.

They are easy to program. Just track down a manual and the overlays and you'll be fine.

Adding the lines through programming is simple but you will need the manual for the trunk terminations.
