One of my voicemail boxes crashes the vm system when listening to new message. First message in box begins to play back, but as soon as I try to do anything with it (delete, forward, save, etc), system freezes. All vm calls ring with no answer.
I've tried: - reboot - suspending and resuming that mailbox w/in supervisor function
Can't tell if it's the one message or entire mailbox that's the problem. Would appreciate any help!

Delete the mailbox and rebuild it. Sounds like corruption.

What RBF said. You might also want to run chkdsk /f at the DOS prompt, in case there is any other file corruption.

You can't save the message files without using a PC. Unless maybe you can get into that MB and forward the message to another box.
