i was asked to move a phone on a samsung dcs 50 si. i moved the phone but need to cancel ringing on that ext. can anyone help?

Is the phone ringing as a member of a station group? If that is the case then dial 53XXX +0 to remove yourself from the group.If you have a display phone then dial 53XXX then press the OUT softkey under the display. XXX is the station group number.If its a case of the line directly ringing to that set then you will need to access technician programming.
