Hey
This is my first post, I have just brought a samsung compact system, I have installed it, only issue I having is when trying to dial out by pushing 9 a message apears saying "Access Deny" I also can not dial into the system from a cell phone ?
Any help would be GREAT !

make sure in programming you have a call key mmc 722 and that the trunk group 9 is set up for your lines oh and what station are you at 201? default programming is allow all stations to see all trunks have you defaulted the system? can you get into programming? ------------------ Altcomm @ A.S.E Inc ![[Linked Image from altcomm.com]](https://www.altcomm.com/images/altcommlogo1.gif)

Hey, thanks so much for your reply !
I am on station 203, yes I have defaulted all the system back to standard. When I go into 722 it talks about key prog. 01:call1 ??

Also when i dial 701, 702, 703 and 704 which I understand is ment to dial the trunk directly it says "out of service' for all of them ?

I would say that your first problem is the trunks are not connected to the system.

I thought the same, however they are. Weird, I have connected the trunks to the W-BL and O-W

Then maybe the co card is bad or the first 2 line ports on it.Have you defaulted the system at all?That's the first thing you should have done with it.
If you have defaulted it and that doesn't fix it try the co ports 3&4 on the w/gr w/br pairs.

Yes I have defaulted the system, and yes I have tried all other ports. Maybe I brought a dud ?

My best guess is that the co card might be bad.I am assuming you can call from station to station OK?
Are there any expansion cards in the system?If so you could try hooking up the co lines to those ports.
