I have an iDCS500 r2 with a TEPRI, svmi16e and 16dli. I am interested in setting up the auto attendant to route calls to one 800 nuber to one set of prompts and another 800 to separate. Thank you in advance.

Maybe I'm missing something here but wouldn't you use 2 DIDs to ring different "companies?"On the old Cadence you could have 16 different main greetings depending on what line ID was passed to the cadence.
I am not up on the SMVI16e (Je detest le poste de parlez) but this should be very simple for someone more up on the newer VMs. Good luck.

From Paige the voicemail guru of gurus:
Open block tables, then menus, then trunk inputs, make a menu where one did rings the first menu and one did rings the second menu.
Put prompts in menu.
That is it she says and she knows.

To Clarify what Bunnie and Paige are saying...
If you are not using analog lines on the phone system you can do the following:
Open the menu block and go to direct trunk. In the direct trunk menu on page one change the field, "Take Input From", to "FWDID". On page two you can insert a routing statement that reads similiar to: XXXX Go To MNU Company A. XXXX being the last four digits of the DID information that the telco is sending across.
You will probably want to create the Menu's first. Just open your Day Main menu and press CTRL A. This will allow you to save a copy of the menu with another name. Once you have created the Menus be sure and change the prompt number. By Default 1001 - 1004 are used for the default menus. So I would change the prompt form one company to 1005 and the other to 1006.
This is all based on the fact that in MMC 714 you are programming the two DIDs to ring the voicemail group directly.
Let me know if this is what you are looking for. I am pretty good with these things as well.
Good Luck.

FWDID, and forward trunk for DID's did the trick, thanks all. How do I add a delay on one of the companies before vm picks up (ie ring three times on group 510 then go to menu in voicemail?
