I have a Prostar 816 system, 1 816 display, 3 816 non-display, and 2 800's. Where do I set what to make the 800's work. When I plug them in, line 3 lites up, but nothing works after that.

After double-checking all of my documentation, I am certain that the prostar 800 cannot be used on a Prostar 816 cabinet. It can be used on an 816 PLUS cabinet. Do you have an 816 or an 816 +?

KDC,
The model 800 series will work on 816. You must program them via tech programming. Are you installer/tech? Suggest you contact a SAMSUNG dealer

Ok, I figured it out. I bought a 816 box on ebay, which was not a plus. Our church already had a 816 plus, configured for 4X12. The answer is that on the 816 plus, you use MMC#88 to set up a 800 phone. Not available on a straight 816 box (no plus). I used the expansion board from the 816 in the 816 plus box, and now have 6X12 configuration, which is the reason I bought the 816 box in the first place. Thanks to all who helped....kdc
