I have a customer here in Phoenix who needs a new vendor to support their phone system. Its a Samsung dcs 100. I know nothing else of the system and would really like someone to meet on site with to see if the system has a card that will support a new PRI circuit. We will also be using you for AMC's and anything else the customer needs in regards to the phone system...

If it has a modem card in it we could program it remotely. We sold and installed one in Phoenix and then the main office in Santa Monica switched over to all Cisco phones because Samsung didn't have big enough hunt groups and all in all it just went away.
If these guys sell web sites, it already has a PRI and a modem, can't do two PRIs on a 100.
