Just a quick post, can't seem to find anything in reference to it.. DCS 100 system, just moved 6 phones to new locations, all the message lights flash now, no issues, everything works fine, no messages waiting... Support said wiring issue, but tech said its just the center pair that is used for these phones so I don't see where a wire issue would come into play.. Any quick ideas??

Try 42 + extension number for each phone.

Did you move the same 6 extensions to another location or add 6 extensions? Their should be no change at all if you swapped jumpers from one station cable to another.

If 42+ext # doesn't work. Try 4800 at each extension location.

4800 is programmed message clear. If the message lights are flashing and they are VMMSG keys then 42 + the ext of the phone is not the right code. A regular MSG key would flash though if an ext left an intercom message at the other phone. I would if possible try leaving a new message in each voicemail then delete it to see if it clears the light. If not log into the svmi via hyperterm. and manually run the maint. routine from the port activity screen. If that doesn't clear the lights try removing the mailbox and recreating it.
