Is there a way to reset the svmi-20e to its default configuration? Or does anyone have an image to restore from of a default configuration?

Hi there, I noticed your in RI. I work for a Samsung dealer in RI. There is a way to default a 20e though it is mostly used by technicians. PM me your info and maybe I can help you out.
