Hi all,
We have a DCS 816, and occasionally need to monitor the calls our staff are taking. I am familiar with using the various MMC's to program the system, but cannot find in the manual how to listen in on an active call.
I thought it'd be the Barge feature, but this doesn't seem to work.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

It should be ISPY but i dont know if the 816 has that option.

The 816 has the barge-in facility but it needs to be activated properly through class of service. Probably best to speak to your samsung reseller for advice on this.

Thanks for this, I've looked into this and only seen that you can configure whether or not to have a tone when a barge-in occurs. I just need a little more info, thanks

Is correct.
Might I suggest you check with one of the guys and gals from the board. Just to see if they are in you area.
Sinse your last post we have grown leaps and bounds in the UK and AU markets. It seems you are no longer a small company now, (ivr equip, extra boards) so this might be a good chance to get to know a reputable dealer in your area.
Just a thought.
