We have a customer that currently utilizes a DCS100 with 7, 12, and 24 button phones. Not all phones have the Display.
Does anyone know if these phones will be supported if the customer upgrades to an OS7200? Any limitations or issues? I recall reading a post that the phones need to be 1.7 but so far, that statement isn't backed up with anything from Samsung. There appears to be some confusion on the OS7200 versus the OS7400.
For non-display phones, how can the version number be determined?
Cheers

Samsung just say not supported, I have had two 12 buttons causing faults in around 12 installs which have kept their old handsets. Tell the customer that there may be issues with the old handsets, but problems are quite rare. It's then the customers decision to upgrade or not.

I have an OS7200 with 2.69 software at the office and we have some 12 and 24 button display phones that all work with no issues. I haven't ever tried with a non-display phone though. I don't see why it won't work though.
